The Brief

A leading global cosmetics brand approached BCD Meetings & Events with a clear request. They needed a unique, high-end dinner venue for their team following a full day of training. The venue needed to be:

  • In close proximity to their London office
  • High-end, to align with their brand aesthetics
  • Within a limited budget

The client contact was based outside the UK, meaning they needed a partner they could trust to manage the process end-to-end.

The Solution

Our Venue Consultant and Venue Innovations Team worked together to identify new and exclusive openings in the desired area. Once a list of suitable venues was put together, we used our industry connections to quickly gather availability and secure options.

With the client overseas, our Venue Consultant conducted an in-person site visit to the shortlisted space. The visit allowed us to:

  • Capture detailed photos and videos for the client
  • Assess the flow and feel of the venue
  • Ensure the space aligned with the brand’s aesthetic
  • Build a strong relationship with the venue team on the client’s behalf

Following the site visit, the client gave the green light. Our Venue Consultant then entered negotiations on the client’s behalf, successfully securing the venue not just within budget, but under it.

The result? A stunning, brand-aligned venue that delivered the perfect setting for a post-training day dinner. The space was unique, stylish, and on-brand, offering a memorable experience for the team.
