The former Savill Court Hotel is undergoing extensive redevelopment to become Royal Windsor Park. Situated just 14 minutes drive from Heathrow Airport the luxury property will feature 210 high end bedrooms and suites, 16 elegant meeting rooms with a wellness infused proposition, a Champagne lounge, tea salon, bar and spa. The hotel will be able to cater for events with capacities of 10 to 500, and their Ballroom will be 800 square meters of pillar-free delight.
In the home of Hampshire cricket sits this superb contemporary hotel, with views across the grounds and the Boundary Lakes golf course. The centrepiece is the Ageas Ballroom, with space for 700 delegates, and this is complemented by eight meeting and conference suites. A spa, restaurant, lounge, terrace and the aforementioned golf course complete the range of facilities. The rooms are very well specified, the location is easily accessed from the airport and two rail stations (Airport Parkway and Hedge End), and there are of course a wealth of Hampshire-based activities nearby. Highly recommended.
It’s the little touches in the Moxy that we like: ‘Plug and Meet’ areas, writing walls, built-in USB ports and even pre-made attendee booking tools for planners. This lifestyle brand comes from Marriott, but feels far away from the corporate atmosphere, with this the second in the UK outside London. There’s even a nautical theme to the interiors, reflecting the location.
The Hoxton’s latest outpost and third London hotel – this time south of the river – is superb. Their highly original meeting concept replicates contemporary, stylish domestic settings to set the scene for meetings, dinners or private parties. There are seven interconnected spaces in all: the dining room, living room, study, library, pantry, conservatory and den. There are also lots of perks, including hot and cold drinks, pastries, cakes, WiFi and printing. Southwark station is nearest, but Waterloo is only minutes away. Easy to get to, even easier to enjoy.
Exquisite design, British cuisine, in the heart of the City – this new opening from D&D London is set to be a stunner. The restaurant has 170 seats, but it’s the private dining room that’s exciting us – with space for 22 seated or 35 standing, and captivating 14th-floor views. Need more? For large events you can take it over exclusively for up to 350 guests. This is a great option for the events that need to amaze.
