CHICAGO – April 24, 2018 – BCD Meetings & Events (BCD M&E) launched Simple Meetings, a self-service system that allows users to choose where and how they book meetings, today.

Simple Meetings is an efficient, easy-to-use online tool that gives users the ability to access a global sourcing inventory and instantly book meeting space and sleeping rooms. The system can be configured to ensure compliance to a company’s meeting and travel policies and there is no limit on the number of meetings booked through the tool nor is there a limit to the number of sleeping rooms secured.
