Month Long Immersive Event

Continental Tires engaged BCD Meetings & Events China to manage the 2024 Continental Tires Test Drive Journey, a month-long event held from August 26 to September 23, 2024, in Guizhou, China. The objective was to offer an immersive test-driving experience for invited guests while showcasing the performance of Continental Tires on challenging terrain, including scenic mountain roads and the iconic Huangguoshu Waterfall.

BCD M&E China provided comprehensive logistical and event management support for the seven waves of test-drive guests, each staying five days and four nights in Guizhou. The team organized 25 test-drive vehicles per wave, covering a total driving distance of 8,000 km over the course of the event. Beyond the test drives, BCD M&E ensured a memorable cultural experience by arranging visits to tea gardens, terraced fields, historic towns, and the famous waterfall. Additionally, the team managed event setups for various ceremonies and dinner parties, delivering a seamless and enjoyable experience for all participants.

The 2024 Continental Tires Test Drive Journey successfully showcased the durability and performance of the tires across 8,000 km of diverse terrain. Over seven waves, participants experienced the beauty of Guizhou while building stronger connections with the Continental Tires brand.
