BCD Meetings & Events Expands India HQ

Leading global meetings and events agency BCD Meetings & Events (BCD M&E), has expanded its premises and operations in Mumbai, a strategic investment in the organization’s continued growth in Asia Pacific and on the Indian sub-continent.

As India’s MICE industry skyrockets, fueled by India’s economic growth, a rising demand for business events and increasing investments in world-class infrastructure, BCD M&E is strengthening its presence to support growing client needs and capturing new opportunities in the market.

What began nine years ago in BCD M&E India, a small Mumbai-based team supporting a handful of global customers has evolved into a thriving operation with teams across New Delhi, Bengaluru and, most recently, Hyderabad, serving clients across India and beyond.

The new headquarters holds special significance for the team, as it remains within the same premises that have been part of the business journey from the beginning. The official opening ceremony took place on Ashadhi Ekadashi, a revered holy day celebrated in Mumbai and throughout the state of Maharashtra. Employees commemorated the occasion with a traditional pooja, seeking blessings and positive energy for the new workspace.

Designed to support collaboration, innovation, and future growth, the expanded office provides additional capacity for the company’s growing workforce while creating an enhanced environment for employee engagement and client service excellence.
