The Brief

Our client was one of the main exhibitors at the in Orlando, Florida. They needed support registering and housing their 225+ attendees across nine Orlando properties.

The Solution

To meet the needs of this large group, we provided specialized services to make registration easier for the delegates and to meet accommodation needs. The solutions included:

  • A branded registration site tailored for the client and attendees.
  • A “Know Before You Go” communication series which was sent, to prepare attendee expectations based on four distinct registration types.
  • Additional communications were sent with personalized registration and hotel confirmations to keep attendees informed at every stage of the event.

The Result

The client’s attendees liked the easy-to-use site and were able to access the communications easily. This ensured a smooth registration process. We negotiated against registration name change penalties, saving overall registration cost.
