The Brief

This global MedTech leader challenged BCD Meetings & Events to reinvent their European Sales Meeting so that it could be attended by 40k+ global viewers as well as the 2,500 employees present on-site.

Objectives included keeping attendees engaged and inspired during general sessions and awards, maintaining high levels of energy and interaction throughout the meeting, and motivating the sales force to exceed sales from the previous year.


The Solution

BCD Meetings & Events designed a show with various projection surfaces to create depth and diversity in the room. Bespoke videos and graphics were designed to motivate and educate the sales force while delivering key messaging. The meeting, which featured a live Q&A with online submitted questions, was broadcast to the entire company, allowing the 40k+ viewers around the world to engage too.

The Results

A motivational global meeting that simultaneously engaged both the virtual and on-site audiences. The show enabled the client to connect with their employees and inspire their sales teams.
