Sanjay Seth Named Managing Director, APAC

SINGAPORE – December 10, 2018 – BCD Meetings & Events (BCD M&E) has named Sanjay Seth as its new Managing Director, Asia Pacific effective January 1.

Currently Director, Singapore & Regional Accounts, APAC, Seth will replace BCD M&E Asia Pacific’s current Managing Director, Lisa Hopkins as she moves into her new role as VP, APAC Industry Relations & Global Network in January.

“Over the past eight months, Sanjay has successfully led Singapore and regional accounts for Asia Pacific focused on increasing country profitability as well as retaining, expanding and developing accounts,” said Hopkins. “Having been with BCD M&E for the last 17 months, Sanjay’s passion for building a customer-centric approach with a focus on quality service and bottom-line contributions as well as cultivating our culture within the region aligns perfectly with our global strategy.”

Working closely with Hopkins, Sanjay will begin the region’s transition planning immediately. He will work with the region to further develop a strategy focusing on growing Asia Pacific, developing local teams and continuing to offer expanded services to our customers.

Previous to BCD M&E, Seth founded Truth Serum 317 in 2015 and helped clients, like Abbott Diabetes Care, with design thinking and business transformation. Prior to that, he was managing partner for SQUAKE in Singapore where his team delivered strategy and creative development for clients, including Bacardi Martini, Diageo, Chrysler South East Asia and Standard Chartered.
